IQAC at DYPCOEI

Dr. D. Y. Patil Educational Federation’s DYPCOEI is committed to the culture of quality through the process of continuous monitoring of various academic and administrative systems for the improvement of quality of education. The student centric approach adopted by the institute gives conducive teaching-learning and research environment in the campus with the ambience of creativity, wisdom and team spirit to orient the talents of all our students with human values for making a positive contribution to society.

In accordance with the NAAC guidelines, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of DYPCOEI was established on 31 July 2021 to initiate, monitor, evaluate and report on relevant measures to upgrade the quality of teaching, learning, evaluation and research initiatives in the campus. The Centre for Academic Excellence was created to conduct faculty development programmes.

The mechanism of IQAC of DYPCOEI make sure about efficient and progressive performance of academic, administrative and financial tasks within the stipulated time.

The functions of IQAC consist of development of quality benchmarks/parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the institution. Creating learner-centric environment conducive to quality education, innovation, research and faculty maturation to adopt the required knowledge and technology for sharing teaching and learning process always needs an arrangement for feedback from the stakeholders such as students, parents and industry, recruiters etc.

Another important objective of IQAC is to disseminate the information of various quality parameters of higher education. Organization of institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes and promotion of quality objectives are prime activities of IQAC.
