As a Dean of Academics, it is my pleasure to extend a warm welcome to the campus of Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Engineering & Innovation (DYPCOEI). As an Autonomous institute, we are committed for creating an environment of academic excellence, innovation and holistic development.

The University Grants Commission (UGC), National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and National Education Policy (NEP) are encouraging Outcome-Based Education (OBE), which focuses on what students actually learn and can do after completing their course. This approach ensures that our education system is more accountable and of greater quality. DYPCOEI has successfully adopted OBE across all programs and is committed to continuous academic improvement.

In DYPCOEI autonomy, the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) gives students the flexibility to choose courses across different programs and earn credits. Understanding the global trends, we believe engineering students should also learn courses from other branches as Multidisciplinary Approach and some advanced topics in their own field.

During your tenure at DYPCOEI campus, engage in your studies, participate in extracurricular activities, and utilize available resources to nurture your intellectual, personal, and professional growth.
